The Extraterrestrial Contacts the
Future President It is kind of a cosmic joke, the preparations for contact by officials, the extraterrestrials have already made contact. Some of those with their attention in the right place may have realized or encountered the source in it’s activities. This simply indicates that most of the people in current positions of authority are not in the know. That is the comedy for that which does know, that individuals in the government are not hiding or keeping secret, so much as they simply don't know anything to tell. Stating what they do know which would barely fill a paragraph then not having any answers could be viewed as a shortcoming. While what is known is little the implications of this fact could fill volumes. Other evidence has a way of disappearing in a world that is in reality, beyond appearances, somewhat ephemeral in nature. This leaves many in doubt of their experience till it almost becomes forgotten and its reality so out of the ordinary it becomes questionable, often leading to denial. Again those that seek power can not be trusted with it, so it given one that dost not seek it. Fascinating is to know that there is a project of such secrecy that no one in a known government position is privy to it, falling under the umbrella of Special Activities. Government should be understood to mean the instrument and institution for collective expression. The current president of the United States had to have briefing papers hand delivered to him as part of a covert operation before he actually became president and the “seal” went up around him. This meeting and delivery occurred on 6/2/2008, so the president was not briefed by a known government entity but by the entity with a very special status. The document was hand delivered directly to Obama addressed to President Barrack Obama Titled: ‘Wisdom Based Presidency Papers” and the tag line “If not for the cost burdens of fear we would all be living in paradise”. The document outlined methods of communication not requiring a completion of a signal path between the special entity and the president. Obama was not the first choice of the status quo which was eliminated by the anomalies in Michigan and Florida and other activity by a mysterious force working behind the scenes. Success was also brought about by the following of the strategies outlined in the Wisdom Based Presidency Papers. These documents, although incomplete, were also delivered in person by the agent on 1-12-2008 to Congressman Dennis Kucinich over a cup of tea, as a precaution and to help in the establishment of themes. Dennis Kucinich has a connection to Shirley Maclaine and his openness to the reality of the extraterrestrial phenomena known. Both occasions were somewhat spontaneous orchestrated by the all pervading one. There are references to an esoteric advisor to the president communicating via an ingenious indirect method.
